CabinetCalc Beta Program Disclaimer

1. What Beta Means

• features may be modified, limited, or removed at any time without notice;
• calculation rules, formulas, assumptions, and outputs may change as edge cases are discovered and validated;
• the Service may experience downtime, latency, failed exports, incomplete saves, or data loss; and
• beta access may be suspended or ended at any time.

2. No Reliance Without Verification

Beta features are provided for testing, feedback, and early evaluation only. CabinetCalc does not guarantee that beta outputs are accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or production-ready.

You remain solely responsible for verifying measurements, quantities, tolerances, material assumptions, safety considerations, code compliance, fabrication methods, and any purchasing or construction decisions.

3. Data Retention and Availability

Data created or stored during beta may be altered, deleted, reset, or become inaccessible. CabinetCalc does not guarantee permanent storage or retention of beta data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and exported copies.

4. Feedback

If you provide bug reports, suggestions, comments, ideas, or other feedback regarding beta features, you agree that CabinetCalc may use, modify, disclose, reproduce, and incorporate that feedback for any purpose without restriction, compensation, or attribution.

5. No Warranty

Beta features are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CabinetCalc and Bradley Beach shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from or related to beta participation, including data loss, downtime, calculation errors, fabrication mistakes, wasted materials, financial loss, or indirect or consequential damages.

7. Relationship to Other Terms

This Beta Program Disclaimer supplements the CabinetCalc Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict regarding beta features, this Beta Program Disclaimer governs for those beta features to the extent of the conflict.
