This Policy forms part of the CabinetCalc Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension, termination, legal action, or other remedies.
1. Security and Access Abuse
You may not:
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, databases, or infrastructure;
- probe, scan, test, crawl, or monitor vulnerabilities, rate limits, endpoints, or internal architecture without written authorization;
- interfere with the availability, performance, or integrity of the Service; or
- bypass authentication, account permissions, plan restrictions, or technical safeguards.
2. Scraping, Automation, and Extraction
You may not use the Service with bots, scripts, spiders, crawlers, scraping tools, automation frameworks, or repeated systematic queries to:
- harvest outputs, calculations, dimensions, estimates, or layouts at scale;
- observe, infer, benchmark, or reverse engineer Service behavior;
- copy data, export patterns, or technical results beyond intended human use; or
- build datasets, rule sets, or models derived from the Service.
3. Competitive and Derivative Use Restrictions
You may not use the Service or any outputs, insights, prompts, observations, or testing results from the Service to:
- create, improve, support, train, validate, market, or operate a competing calculation tool, estimator, optimizer, cabinet software product, or similar service;
- derive, approximate, document, or replicate CabinetCalc's formulas, rules, logic, workflows, or UI/UX systems; or
- copy the Service's structure, feature architecture, or proprietary methods in a substantially similar manner.
4. Unlawful, Harmful, or Fraudulent Use
You may not use the Service to violate law or rights of others, including by engaging in fraud, infringement, deceptive conduct, misrepresentation, harassment, or any activity that could cause harm to CabinetCalc, other users, or third parties.
5. Resource Abuse
You may not use the Service in a way that unreasonably consumes bandwidth, storage, API capacity, compute, or support resources, including excessive exports, repeated automated processing, or abnormal usage patterns that degrade the experience of others.
6. Proprietary Notices and Branding
You may not remove, obscure, alter, or misrepresent copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices appearing in or related to the Service.
7. Enforcement
CabinetCalc may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time. CabinetCalc may also preserve logs, cooperate with authorities, pursue civil remedies, or seek injunctive relief to protect the Service, confidential information, and intellectual property.
